How fast will my order be shipped?
We move fast. All "In Stock" items are dispatched from our warehouse within 24-72 hours. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your package leaves our facility.
How long does delivery take?
For US orders, standard free shipping typically takes 4-15 business days to arrive at your doorstep. We use trusted carriers (UPS/FedEx/USPS) to ensure your light arrives safely. Need it sooner? Express shipping options are available at checkout.
What if the light arrives broken or damaged?
Don't worry, you are fully covered. We package our lights with industrial-grade protection. However, in the rare event of damage during transit, simply email us a photo within 48 hours of delivery. We will send a free replacement part or a brand-new fixture immediately. No extra cost, no hassle.
What is your return policy if I change my mind?
We want you to love your home. If the light isn't the perfect fit, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund. The item must be in its original packaging and uninstalled condition. (Please note: Return shipping costs may apply for non-quality issues).
How can I track my package?
Once shipped, you’ll receive an email titled "Shipping Confirmation" containing a live tracking link. You can simply click that link to see real-time updates on your package's journey.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
For larger lighting fixtures, we generally require a physical street address to ensure safe delivery via UPS or FedEx. If you only have a P.O. Box, please contact our support team before ordering to check if we can accommodate your specific item.
