🛠️ Limited Product Warranty
This Limited Product Warranty applies to physical goods purchased from www.shinehome.com (the "Product") and is offered by Shine Home Collection ("us," "we," or "our").
1. What Does This Warranty Cover?
This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship of the Product under normal residential use during the Warranty Period.

Manufacturing Defects: We warrant that the product is free from defects in material and craftsmanship when it leaves our facility.

Original Purchaser: This warranty extends only to the original consumer purchaser of the Product and is non-transferable.
2. How Long Does The Coverage Last? (The Warranty Period)
The Warranty Period for physical goods purchased from Shine Home Collection is One (1) Year from the date of the original retail purchase.
The Warranty Period for any replacement physical goods or parts is the remainder of the original Warranty Period or ninety (90) days, whichever is longer.
3. What Will Shine Home Collection Do to Correct Problems? (Remedies)
If a defect is confirmed by us during the Warranty Period, Shine Home Collection will, at its sole discretion, take one of the following actions:

Repair the Product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts.

Replace the Product with a new Product of the same or equivalent model.

Refund the purchase price of the Product.
Note: The remedy provided above is the exclusive remedy of the consumer. We shall determine which warranty solution applies after evaluating the information provided by the customer.
4. What Does This Warranty Not Cover? (Exclusions)
This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:

Normal Wear and Tear: This includes cosmetic damage like scratches, dents, fading, minor wood checking/cracking (which is a normal part of all wood furniture), and surface deterioration over time.

Improper Use, Misuse, or Negligence: Damage resulting from failure to follow installation, care, or maintenance instructions, or use of the Product for a purpose other than its intended use.

Improper Assembly or Installation: Damage caused during or due to incorrect assembly or installation performed by the customer or a third party.

Modification or Unauthorized Repair: Products that have been altered, modified, or repaired by anyone other than an authorized representative of Shine Home Collection.

External Causes: Damage caused by extreme weather, Acts of God (e.g., fire, flood, lightning), accident, abuse, or exposure to excessive moisture or heat.

Products Sold "AS IS" or "With All Faults."

Consequential or Incidental Damages: Damage to other property or personal injury, loss of time, or other costs resulting from the use or inability to use the Product.
5. What Do Customers Need To Do To Get Service? (Claim Procedure)
To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution.

Initiate a Claim: Contact us via email or phone using the information below.

Provide Proof: You must provide the original dated proof of purchase (sales receipt/order number).

Documentation: You will be required to provide a written description of the defect and, in most cases, photographs of the damaged part(s).

Return Authorization: If a return is necessary, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from us before shipping the product back.
Shipping Costs: Shipping charges for returning the defective Product to us are the responsibility of the purchaser. We will cover the shipping charges for sending the repaired or replacement Product back to you.
6. Disclaimer and Governing Law
Limitation of Implied Warranties: EXCEPT AS SET FORTH IN THIS LIMITED WARRANTY, SHINE HOME COLLECTION EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary by state or jurisdiction. Any disputes arising from this warranty shall be governed by the laws of California.
