1. How to Track Your Order
There are two primary ways to track your purchase:
Method 1: Using Your Tracking Number
The easiest way to check your order status is by using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.

Find Your Tracking Number: This is a 10-15 digit code found in the email we sent you when your order shipped.

2. Order Status Definitions
Here is a quick guide to understanding the statuses you may see:

Processing: Your order has been placed, and payment has been verified. We are preparing the items for fulfillment.

Awaiting Shipment: Your order is complete and packaged, waiting for carrier pickup.

Shipped/In Transit: Your package has been picked up by the carrier and is on its way to your delivery address.

Out for Delivery: The package has arrived at your local distribution center and will be delivered today.

Delivered: The package has arrived at the specified delivery address.

Cancelled/Failed: The order has been cancelled or could not be processed.
3. Important Tracking Notes

Processing Time: Please allow 3-10 business days for your order to be processed and for the tracking number to become active after you receive the shipping confirmation email.

Carrier Updates: The carrier's website has the most current information. If tracking is delayed, please check the carrier's direct site (e.g., FedEx, UPS) using your tracking number.

Missing Package: If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please wait 24 hours (as carriers sometimes mark it early) and check with neighbors or building management. If still missing, contact us immediately.
