Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at Shine Home Collection, the home decor brand that makes your home cozy and stylish. We appreciate your business and we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return it to us for a refund or an exchange, subject to the following terms and conditions.
How to Return or Exchange an Item
To return or exchange an item, please follow these steps:
- Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at Shinehome@outlook.com. Please provide your order number, the name and email address used for the purchase, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return or exchange.
- We will reply to you with a return authorization number (RAN) and the address where you can send your item(s). Please do not send your item(s) without a RAN, as we will not be able to process your return or exchange.
- Pack your item(s) securely in the original packaging, if possible, and include a copy of your invoice or a note with your RAN, name, email address, and order number.
- Ship your item(s) to the address provided by us, using a trackable and insured shipping method. You are responsible for the shipping costs and the risk of loss or damage during transit.
- Once we receive your item(s), we will inspect them and notify you of the approval or rejection of your return or exchange. If your return or exchange is approved, we will process your refund or send you the replacement item(s) as soon as possible.
- RETURN SHIPPING FEE : The return shipping fee must be borne by the customer himself.
Conditions for Returns and Exchanges
The following conditions apply to returns and exchanges:
- You can return or exchange any item that is unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original condition, with the original tags and packaging, within 30 days of receiving your order.
- You cannot return or exchange items that are marked as final sale, clearance, or non-returnable. These items are identified on the product page and at checkout.
- You cannot return or exchange items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect due to your error. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item due to our error, please contact us immediately and we will arrange a replacement or a refund at no cost to you.
The following conditions apply to refunds:
- We will issue a refund to your original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.
- We will deduct the original shipping costs from your refund, unless the return is due to our error or the item is damaged or defective.
- We will process your refund within 30 days of receiving and approving your return. Depending on your payment method and bank, it may take longer for the refund to appear in your account.
- We will send you a confirmation email once we have processed your refund.
The following conditions apply to exchanges:
- You can exchange any item for the same item in a different size, color, or style, subject to availability.
- You can also exchange any item for a different item of the same or lesser value, subject to availability. If the new item is of lesser value, we will refund you the difference.
- You cannot exchange any item for a different item of higher value. If you want to exchange an item for a more expensive item, you will need to return the original item and place a new order for the new item.
- We will ship the replacement item(s) to you free of charge, unless the exchange is due to your error or preference. In that case, you will be responsible for the shipping costs of the replacement item(s).
